Best for couples who have a rough idea of what they want, but might need a little bit more help in curating the look and feel of their wedding day. I tie all the details together to create a cohesive atmosphere. Whether it’s through establishing color palettes or concept creation, I provide a sounding board for ideas and support in designing, planning and coordinating the wedding.
Pre-Wedding
Monthly virtual consultations starting 6 months prior
Unlimited correspondence through email and text from time of booking
Access to wedding planning manager including tracking guestlist, to-dos, RSVPs etc.
Venue visit and site walk
Decoration and layout design, vendor recommendations for tablescape, colour palette, florals, signage, tableware etc.
Day-of timeline creation + layouts
Confirming all details with the vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
Wedding Day
1 lead planner, 1 planning assistant
Up to 8 hours on-site, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Stocked Emergency Kit
Assisting with any unforeseen hiccups

Best for couples who already have all the main vendors booked, but just need someone to execute it so they can enjoy the day stress-free. I take the reigns to ensure everyone is enjoying the party, by being the main point of contact between the bridal party, event staff, and vendors leading up to and on the wedding day.

Unlimited correspondence through email and phone starting 40 days before event

Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

Finding the right planner
The small details that go into creating a wedding like the research and coordination can be so overwhelming! Getting a planner can let you truly relax and enjoy your special day. But what makes someone the right planner for you is someone whose vision and creative style matches yours, and someone whose personality clicks with you so they can be a friend and sounding board to you in the process. After all, you are working closely with and entrusting your planner to share one of your biggest milestones with you! I hope I can give you a glimpse of who I am through my website and social media☺

If you think that we would be a good fit, fill out the contact form to share key event details, your vision, and any specific requests you may have. I will confirm availability of your date and schedule a video call for us to get to know each other and gather more details.
Booking

Following our conversation, I will present a quote for your consideration. If the quote is accepted, I will send a contract and invoice, with deposit payment instructions via email. Once this is signed and deposit is paid, your date is locked!
Planning

I will begin all planning services stated in the contract of your selected package. This will include budgeting, designing the look of your wedding, vendor research, recommendations, coordination, rentals or things to buy, and all other nitty gritty details to craft a personalized wedding timeline to optimize the most of your day. We will be in communication throughout the entire process, and I will be adaptable to your preferences — depending if you prefer more hands-on or hands-off approach. The process is unique to YOU!

Party Time
It’s finally time for you to enjoy your special day! I will be there early and late to manage and coordinate the logistics of your event, putting in the hard work to make sure everything runs smoothly.
While located in Seattle, I love the opportunity to travel and work with new venues both domestically and internationally. Fill out the contact form to chat about destination weddings and events. Travel fees apply.
Planning begins once the contract has been signed and the 25% non-refundable retainer has been submitted, we will hit the ground running from then! The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to event date.
